Cecil was more like a father than a friend someone that I could go to when I was having a problem. He was my half sisters Theresa and Vannita's step father but he treat me like I was part of his family. I remember years ago I had a fight with Jack and Nita and I walked from North Richland Hills to his house in Saginaw and he sat down with and just talked. Then he took me home afterwards. He was a great and dependable friend. I will miss him dearly. May he be welcomed into Heaven with open arms. Thanks for everything,Love you Cecil.
