Celestine,

Our family will surely miss you. Your leaving was a total shock, but we know that it was all in God's plan and we have to accept what God allows.

I want to thank you for the love and time you shared with mother. I remember when we lost daddy, you stayed with her when we all had to leave. That was so appreciated. When I decided to teach, you were the first person I called. You gave me so much information (and a box full of materials!!). Thank you so much for the things you did.

I know you are happy now with Pee Wee, Aunt Jewel, Uncle Abner, Mama Mary, "Becky", John L., and the rest of the family. I also know you are happy you can eat what you want and not worry about any "special diet".

Take your well deserved rest!! Your family loves you and will miss you dearly.

jocelyn. Dena and Tiny

Know that in the loss of your mother and my sister that sher loved us all dearly and she will be missed. I will miss her at family gatherings and especially our famous birthday celebrations or just hanging out at a family members house when she says "Would you all please let me speak, everyone else has. We all know why she makes that announcement(we're in for a long story back down memory lane).

I'm really going to miss our long phone conversations and your words of wisdom. comfort and advice and especially when I would tell you something that you found hard to believe you would say 'GWEN, GIRL STOP THAT LYING, YOU;LL DO KNOW GWEN IS LYING.

SO, Lestine as you leave us and join our other beloved family members, mother, daddy, Jesse(PeeWee) Rufus and Lois know that you'll are all gone but not forgotten.

Until Then
Love Always

TO CHERYL AND FAMILY:

MAY GOD SPEAK PEACE UNTO YOUR HEARTS DURING THIS TRYING TIME. MAY MEMORIES BRING YOU JOY IN THE DAYS TO COME.

Dear "Lestine",(#2)
What a suprise. Neither of us knew when we all laughed about having fun at the Cemetary,it would change so quickly. Knowing you were enjoying life to the fullest, made it all worth it. And as you said'you were just trying to make it home". None of us knew you were a few days from your destination. (HOME) We will grieve your leaving us,but also rejoice in knowing that your happiness is now everlasting. Your "GIRLS" will be okay. So until we meet again, and we will, Goodnight.

Love,

Celestine, my "bestest-best friend", on June 12, just emailed me a Guardian Angel to watch over me. She said, "I expect this back. I'm sitting here waiting." Now, my dear friend is literally my Guardian Angel watching me. I will miss the three-hour phone conversations she and I had would have -- just sharing love and laughter. We were out of touch for nearly 50 years, but I thank God that He reunited us in 2007. Oh, WHAT A REUNION!!! So now, "Bestest-Best Friend, I love you so much; and I'll see you later, not at our Class Reunion in July, 2011, but at that Great Reunion in heaven. Thank you for being my friend.
Family, thank you for allowing me to share memories of our loved one. She was an excellent mother, a devoted sister, and truly a loyal friend.
God bless each of you with peace and comfort is my prayer for you.
Love always,
Dorothye (Micheaux) Dedman,

My sincere condolences to the family of Celestine Tutt which includes my brother, Michael and sister-in-law, Dena,. You can take comfort in the fact that she's now at peace with the Father. Losing our loved ones always hurt, but keep leaning and depending on Jesus. He is the One. He never makes a mistake. He can and will fix your broken hearts, just ask him.

Remembering one last conversation, it's time you take the "scenic route" too and let those precious memories bring smiles with tears. The scenic route is not goodbye, just see you later all because of Jesus Christ. Thank God for the loan and the difference that loan made in each of your lives.

God is there, all the time. When you feel like he's not, HE will lift you up.

Love,
Irma Prentice and Joyce Grissom
