While working with Chris at Bank One in Bedford, I was always amazed by his show of patience, kindness, and genuine peace. On several occasions I witnessed his patience and wisdom in the midst of chaos. He was an amazing person with a quiet strength and always helped others see their value and worth. My prayers are with his family. God Bless!!

I met Chris once through his ex-wife!! I'm sorry to hear of his passing at such a young age! My kids met him and thought he was cool especially with the ponytail he had!! God Bless you and know that even though his body is retired, his spirit remains to provide comfort.

We are sorry for the sorrow and loss you are now experiencing. We were made aware of Chris's battle through Mary Smith. There are no words to take away the ache that is so deep in your hearts now but know there are people you know and don't know that keep you in thought and prayer. The greatest consolation is that our Lord said he would be near to the brokenhearted. May that be a reality to your family in the next days, weeks, months and years to come.

I knew Chris way back when we went to summer camp for Cooks Childrens Hosp. Chris was in remission then, and he actually gave me my first kiss. All the girls liked Chris. He will be missed so much, God bless his family.

I first met Chris while working with him at Bank One in Bedford, Texas. He and I became friends there, trading encouragement and stories of our daily lives. He played an important part of my life when I met my wife Rachel at the Bank. The three of us were good friends, and Rachel and I were very saddened to hear of his passing.
Chris was always a positive, inspiring person. He loved to raise thought-provoking questions, and was energized about getting people engaged in conversation. It was obvious to anyone that he loved life and his family. Even during his battle with cancer, he kept a smile on his face and a positive outlook on things, even in our last conversations.
I know that for such a person to be in this world, he must have been surrounded by a wonderful family. I’m sure his loss has profoundly impacted their lives. Remember that the great things he did in his life will be remembered by many, including his friends, who recognized him for the great person he was.
Rachel and I would like to pass on our condolences to his family. Chris will be missed.

When I think of Chris, I will always see his smile. Every since we were kids, he was always smiling, happy and easy going. I respect the kind person he was. I never heard him say a bad thing about anyone. He was a kind and gentle soul and I feel blessed to have know him and call him friend.

Chris' Family,
We wish so very much that we would have been able to spend more time with one of God's angels. The moments that we shared with him were genuine and memorable. Thank you for giving us the time on earth we had with him. Love and prayers to all who knew, and will miss him...Amen
