To my uncle, I didn't know until now what type of legacy existed in my family. I didn't get the chance to meet you but from what I am seeing, you were awesome man, loved by many people. I pray that you are experiencing all the peace of God now. Thanks for bringing so much richness to the Boone family.

We know that death is always stalking us, and that we cannot out run it for long. But when it catches someone we love and care so much about, we are shocked! However, when the person has left a wonderful legacy, we see that death has little sting. For that departed one shine brightly in our memories and continue to speak to us in our thoughts, dreams and lively existence. God Is So Good. May this boxing coach, Clarence Boone Jr of this temporarily life, enjoy his heavenly mansion behind those Pearly Gates of God Eternal Kingdom. To CB's family members and love ones, my deepest codolences to you all. Hey, CB! "I'll see at the crossroad." I'm keeping my hands high and my chin tucked down. And I'm throwing that "Hurley Mae." I can never say goodbye. So I'll just say that I'll see you later. Until then,

I just wanted to say a word about a man I only met once. He was to me a very humble man.He use to work at Gifford Hill with my father in law Carl "slim" Ferguson. He use to tell us quiet a few stories. He sure thought alot of Boone as we knew him. Boone came to my father in laws funeral and had very kind words to say. You are lucky to have had a wonderful father, grandfather and friend !
