Connie brightened up our family reunions when she accompanied Don to the Christian Camp outside of Cisco. We will miss her lovely smile. Our prayers go out to Don and all who feel her loss.

She was the wind beneath my wings and I will miss her until the day I die. She was so much more than a cousin. She was the only sibling I ever had. She was my refuge, my champion, my inspiration and dearest friend. I have no memory of life before her and our growing up together was my joy and now my loss. You will always, always be alive in my heart and soul. How could you not be. You were a part of me.
Her last words to me were, "I love you. Take care of yourself for me.
I love you, too.
