Fort Worth, Texas - Cynthia "Cindy" Lynn Page passed away peacefully in her sleep, at the age of sixty-one, on December 10, 2021, following a prolonged illness.
Cindy was born in Oak Park, Illinois, on May 25, 1960, and grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended Pascal High School where she met and maintained many lifetime friends. She followed a career working retail and her favorite job was at the Maverick in the Stockyards where she made many new friends. Cindy had a way of always making people feel special. She remembered their birthdays, special moments, their kids, and she never failed to ask how they were doing.
She had a passion for gardening, reading, hot yoga, going to the movies, and having lunch with friends. One of Cindy's biggest joys was her trips to Marquette, Michigan. Every trip included the required food stop at Donckers for lunch and Zanzibar ice cream. She loved spending time with her great niece and nephew Alex and Logan. And she was the aunt that always gave the best gifts.
Cindy is survived by her mother, Sandra Page, brother Kenneth Page and wife Elaine, sister Kathy Page Blackmon, nephews Justin Blackmon, Ryan Blackmon and wife Marissa, great nephew Logan Blackmon, great niece Alexandra Blackmon, niece Abigail Page, great niece Marceline Page, and niece Madison Page.
She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Page, her brother, Markham Page and her stepfather, Pete Magas.
A celebration of life will be held January 08, 2022, at Lena Pope Amon Carter Event Center at 1:00 pm. You are invited to share stories and memories of Cindy with family and friends. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, in lieu of flowers.
