Dear Jackie, Tammy and Davine,
My heart skipped a beat when I received your letter about Dave's passing. I can't tell you how much he'll be missed , he touched so many hearts. When I was a young teenager Jackie and Dave had a heart for me as their babysitter, Tammy must have been around 6 or 7 years old when I first met the Browns. Dave was so special and was a second father to me and my sister, we had spent many a good time in the family room singing songs while Dave played the organ. He also gave me away at my wedding.
Jackie my heart is heavy, Tammy and Davine my heart goes out to all of you. I just can't believe he's gone.

Jackie and Tammy,
I am sorry to learn of "Cuz's" passing. It was nice to see him after so many years at the reunion last summer and remember the proud young man in the sailor suit. My sincere sympathy to you and the rest of your family.

It was my privilege to know Mr. Brown through his daughter, Tamela. He was so enthusiastic about life. He had a tremendous life of living fully. My family prays that those he leaves behind will have the strength to carry on with wonderful memories.
