Memories and Condolences
for David Faul

Not sure what to say?

September 16, 2012

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of David Faul. My condolences go out to his family. David was my daughter Amanda's Uncle. I thought I might tell a story about David that I am confident his children quite possibly have never heard.
Quite a few years ago I worked with David at President's Health clubs. Every year many of us got flown to some part of the country to participate in what was called “Consortium”. That year it was in Hollywood, California. We were all celebrating one night at the Beverly Hills Hilton and our spokesperson for the clubs that year was Victoria Principal. There were hundreds and hundreds of people there. We had a band called “Oingo Boingo” perform for us. Victoria Principal was out in the crowd and out of the hundreds of men there. Many that were trying to get a dance with Victoria with no success I might add. Ole David was such a character he somehow maneuvered his way in to talk with her. I obviously don't know what he said to her, but whatever it was it convinced her to choose him as the only man out of hundreds and she decided to dance with him. From the memory I have of him David he was quite a character and was fun to be around.
I thought as a courtesy I'd post this true story of David for his children and offer my thoughts at his passing.
I am confident the party in heaven just became a little more fun with the entrance of David Faul.
God bless the entire Faul family
