David Flores Obituary
August 29, 1971 - December 24, 2020
Fort Worth, Texas - David Anthony Flores, Sr. was born Aug. 29, 1971, as the second born to Lupe Tijerina and Rosita Flores. David departed this world Thursday, Dec. 24, 2020.
Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, 2021, by invitation only, for immediate family members. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021, at Greenwood Funeral Home.
David was a man of many trades, he enjoyed woodworking, tile work, painting, mechanical work and anything that involved working with his hands. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and family, going to church and volunteering for different church activities. David worked at Thornton Steel for over 18 years.
David will be remembered as a hardworking, loving, generous husband and father who put his family first and always had a smile on his face.
David was preceded in death by his father, Lupe Tijerina.
Survivors: Wife of 28 years, Joann Flores; mother, Rosita Flores; daughters, Dannielle Liebling, Erica Flores and Joseph Hall, Roxy and Isai Zuniga and Daisy Flores; his only son, David Flores, Jr. and wife, Melissa Alba; 10 grandchildren; brother, Raymond Flores and wife, Tammy; sister, MonicaPena and husband, George; numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.

David will be missed dearly by everyone who knew him, he was my cousin & he was the nicest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing, I will always have him I’m my heart, my Husband Hector is very much saddened by this, unexpected loss but we will cherish the memories & will one day see him in Heaven with our Lord God. We miss you David, from the Luna Family.
