David Wehner Obituary

David Wehner, 68, passed away Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010. Memorial service: 3 p.m. Saturday at St. Michael Catholic Church in Bedford. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, www.Komen.org. David was born April 12, 1942, in Dayton, Ohio, to Helen and Raymond Wehner. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a salesman for many years. He attended St. Michael Catholic Church in Bedford. Survivors: Sons, Mark Wehner and wife, Colleen, of Whispering Pines, N.C., and Tony Wehner and wife, Wendy of McKinney; brothers, Tom, Jack Wehner and wife, Leetha, and Jim Wehner and wife, Bobbie; sisters, Barbara Bachman, Mary McCollom and husband, Rocky, Linda McClure and Margaret Coogossi and husband, Bruce; grandchildren, Alex, Beth, Michelle, Presley and Whitney; companion, Dorothy Napolitano and business partner, Michael Krell; and stepchildren, Stephanie, Samantha and Nicholas.

Michelle, though I only met your grandfather a handfull of times, one thing was obvious- how much he adored you and Alex and Beth. His eyes would twinkle and he would light up when you were near. We are sorry for your loss- we love you and are thinking of you!
