I, too, had the privilege to work with Dot, though across the street at Community Center, I still took time to go over or had the need to seek her for something. She always had an answer or help. Miss her since she retired, A Bright Light shines on - even brighter now.

Dear Dot, through the RHHS band Booster Club, you became a very dear friend. We shared many laughs, many cold rear ends on those metal bleachers, a bit of anger and even a small bit of gossip and most of all we shared our love for each other. You will stay in my mind and heart to my end of time. Love and sympathy to Leigh

What am icon Dot was at the Richland Hills Fire Department. Not only was she Greg Tucker's right-hand, she was also so kind and helpful with our kids, Keith & Lance. She kept up with their schedules along with Greg's and always knew where we all needed to be. She was also the only assistant that I knew that typed out telephone messages. She went above and beyond for Greg when he was Chief at RFD and his entire family. So sorry for your loss Kim and Leigh.

What a light of sunshine Dot was! I had the pleasure of having a professional and personal relationship for the past 17 years with her through the RHFD and NRHFD, and her daughter Leigh and grandchildren Courtney and Taylor. She left an indelible mark through her works at the Fire Department and through her family. My prayers to all the lives she touched and those who felt her love.

Miss Dot, you were one of the first friendly faces that greeted me when I had just begun to work with CRH. I will miss your feisty and spit-fire personality. Though you're gone physically, spiritually you live on in my memory and heart. Keeping your family in my prayers.

I had the pleasure of working with Dot for several years. She was such a sweet lady and always made me laugh. Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
