Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church of Arlington, with Pastor Stephen Wagner officiating and Pastor Rudy C. Herbrich assisting. Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens of Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Arlington Funeral Home of Arlington. Friends and family are welcome to visit at her home.
Pallbearers will be Jason Williams, Neal Paustian, Gary Wood, Curtis Hall, James Williams and Michael Houpy. Honorary pallbearers are Justin Williams, Steve Wood and Doug Wood.

Ella was born Nov. 12, 1929, in Aleman to parents, Ernest and Paula Goerdel. She was raised in Hamilton, where she married Thomas Cotney in August 1946. In February 1989, Ella married James Reddick. Her husbands and parents preceded her in death. After 35-plus years of service, she retired from Texas Utilities.
Ella was an active member of the Beta Theta Sorority, serving in committee and officer positions. For nearly 50 years she served the Lord as a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
The family would like to extend its gratitude and appreciation for the compassionate care given to Mother by the staff of September Services and medical care provided by Dr. Mark Johnson, Dr. Vongpatanasin and Dr. Elizabeth McKinnis.
Survivors: Daughters, Paula Cotney Williams and husband, Jack of Dallas and Tonya Cotney Gonzales and husband, Robert of Houston; grandchildren, Jason, Heather, Neal and wife, Elizabeth; great-grandson, Justin; brothers, Alvin Goerdel and wife, Rosie, Ernest Goerdel and wife, Barbara; sister, Carol Hall and husband, Bill; sister-in-law, June Wood and husband, Quinn as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
