DADDY...it doesn't get easier cuz there are still soo many things that happen and I want 2 call and tell u or I think of something that I know will make u laugh...I just need 2 hear u say my name like u do when I've exasperated u, lol. All day its 'Lisha' but when u want 2 make a point or I'm n trouble its 'Ahh-Lisha'..emphasis on the 'A'. We won't get 2 joke abt my name not being spelled right..for 15yrs it was Alisha..when we went 2 get my work permit they asked for my name change judgement, lol. I'd never even looked at my birth certificate and lo and behold my name is spelled Alisa..no H.. talk abt the biggest family debate ever and STILL cuz although u chose 2 still use Alisha some family resorted to calling me Alisa and pronouncing it as such. I'm rambling, I know but I just need 2 talk 2 u soo bad right now. I just need you

Terry and I will truly miss Deacon Floyd. He was an inspiration to us both. He encouraged my husband with brotherly love and friendship. You were the apple of his eye and we all knew it. Be encouraged and know that we are always praying and will always be here for you. We Love You.

I was so shocked to hear this morning that Deacon Robinson was gone. I was out town and came back to this very sad news. I enjoyed knowing the Deacon for the lite time I did. Please know that you are in my prayers.

Sister Hilda, after attending the wake of Deacon Robinson I was in awe of the love that was expressed by so many people. Yes, you are a blessed woman indeed to have shared part of your husbands life with him. We are only expressing what you knew of him and what God allowed us to be a part of in Deacon Floyd's life. My condolence goes out to the entire Robinson family. Floyd and i met on the golf course as we both enjoyed the game. Within a short period of knowing and talking with Floyd Immediately i knew he was a great man. Heaven has called home another angel. You will be greatly missed my friend.

We are praying that the Lord will give you the added strength you'll need as you yield to this will of God. The news of Bro Robinson's homegoing was a shock to all of us but isn't that what we are living for? To one day meet Jesus for ourselves? Bro. Robinson just beat us to that great reward. The hole that you feel now in your heart will only be filled in time by the Lord and Savior , Jesus Christ. Call Him, morning, night or noon. We will be here physically whenever you need us but that hole we cannot fill. Only He can.

Deacon Robinson had a personality that was bigger than life. He always had a smile and a word that would have you laughing. His voice and present in the Mass choir will certainly be missed. My heart is truly heavy but, I know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
