Frank McLemore Obituary

Frank R. McLemore Jr., 73, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011. Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road. Interment: Benbrook Cemetery. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Memorials: Contributions may be made to Cook Children's Medical Center. Frank was born June 11, 1938, in Winona, Miss., to Frank and Julia Katherine Rodgers McLemore. He retired after serving 22 years in the Air Force. Frank was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Tommy McLemore. Survivors: Loving wife of 54 years, Sarah McLemore; sons, Richard McLemore, and William McLemore and wife, Rhonda; daughter, Debbie Ward and husband, Terry; granddaughter, Shannon Ward; grandsons, Jeremy and Joshua McLemore; sisters, Mary Lee Stimple and husband, Dick, and Alice Dixon and husband, Charles; brother, James McLemore and wife, Wanda; and many other loving relatives.
