Barbara, Tamara, and Chase, Betsey and I are very sorry to hear about Gary. Gary was a big part of my life and thusly my family. He was a great friend and boss. WE went through some hard times but I know that all of his friends and employees loved our friend Gary. He loved and lived life hard and we know he still is now. God Bless you all. Bill Starns

Gary was our Omega Pledge Class President and was an extremely bright and funny man! However, we never could understand how he could land such a good-looking gal like Barbara, who later became his faithful wife for the last 55 yrs! Gary will be truly missed! Barbara & kids, please know that y´all will be in my prayers. Love you, Jerry Glazener, Richmond, Tx.

Gary and I were roommates in college for four years and best friends for a life time. On meeting Gary for five minutes you would never forget that voice, his wining smile and his commanding presence. In college our fraternity, which was his second greatest love next to Barbara, was the leading presence on campus for four years: best in academics, sports, community contributions and spirit. Gary was our president and the driving force that made that happen. He was the heart of Sigma Phi Epsilon for those wonderful years and he gave the fraternity many more years of service and love in all the years that followed. Gary was a wonderful man that cherished life, friends, family, laughter, a good story, and the warmth and love of too many dogs to remember. I will miss him. We will all miss him.

There are many good memories of Gary Jefferies at NTSU that I have recalled since hearing of his passing. He was a hard worker for his fraternity and for campus government.
Prayers go out to his loving family and may God comfort them as they grieve their loss. He was a fine gentleman and great fraternity brother.

Gary was a leader, encourager, achiever and a good friend. We will miss his ever-present enthusiasm, and we will miss the smile that always crossed his face when he came up to hug you or shake your hand. Rest in peace, good Brother. You deserve it.
