Gary - it´ll be 20 years now that you´re gone! I wonder what you would look like..would you still have all your hair, would it be grey and would you still be tall and slim...would you be retired?!? I miss you so much! There´s not a day that goes by that I don´t think of you! You would be so proud of the talented, successful young men that Greg and Eric have become. I know you will always watch out for them from above! Mom and Dad are doing well, just getting older as we all are. They miss you very much! We always talk about when you and I were little and the honoree things you would do to me...and all the memories we have of you! I love you and miss you!
Your twin sister
Sheri
P.S. remember how Mom would always call us "the twins"!!! lol!

Dear Karen
You are my daughters therapist (Madison Moren) and I heard today of your husband passing away. Although I did not know your husband...I feel after reading all the entries in this guestbook that he was a very wonderful man, friend,coworker and a loving husband and father to his kids. I am so very sorry for your loss. Although I do not know what it is like to lose a husband, I do know what it is like to lose a child. And I know when you love someone sooo much the pain is very deep and real and unbearable at times but God will be by your side. I pray for God to give you the strength and courage to get thru each day. Take one day at a time and God will give you and your family comfort thru this very difficult time.

Karen, Eric & Greg,
I was so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. I don't know any of you very well but I walk past your house everyday on my daily walk and I will miss Gary's ready "Hi- how are you?" and his smile. I always looked forward to seeing your family outside sharing some family time - playing catch, basketball, riding bikes or taking your dog for a walk. The neighborhood won't be the same without him there. Please know that you are all in our prayers - those prayers include peace and healing during this difficult time.

Dear Charles & Joyce:
Your daughter has touched my life in ways I could never explain in words and to know her was to know Gary. Your family has been and always will be an extension of mine. Both Tom, I and the girls want to express our deepest sympathy. Please know that our thoughts and prayers have been and always will be with you and your wonderful family. I told Sheri this morning that to be a twin is a rare blessing and that Gary will always live on in each and every smile Sheri shares with those she touches! We love you all!

Charlie, Joyce and Family:
We are so saddend to hear of your loss. May your faith in God and your love for one another get you thru this difficult time.
Remember the smiles, the hugs, the laughter and may they bring a smile to your face in the difficult days to come. Keep Gary's memory and his spirit alive by speaking of him often for he was and still is a son, a father and a friend.
Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next.
Amen.

Dear Karen, Greg and Eric,
Words cannot express the deep sadness I am feeling at this time. I was at the hospital when Gary and Sheri were born and watched them as they grew up into fine adults. Karen, Gary loved you very much and was so proud that you were his wife. Greg and Eric, your daddy loved you so very much! He was always so proud of his boys and was very quick to show your pictures to everyone. I loved Gary very much - he was a special nephew. Please know I am here for you. You and your family are in my prayers.

Dearest Karen, Eric and Greg, This is such a hard time for the whole family I know. There are no words that will soothe the broken hearts you have, but I just want you to know that I loved Gary very much. I met him when he and Sherrey were about a year old, and I watched him grow up into a wonderful person and a fine man. I know that he was very proud of his family because he told me so. I cherish the memories of Gary and will remember the last time that I saw him, he talked about his boys and how much they meant to him. Gary will remain in my heart forever, as I know he will in so many. He was such a caring person and loved by so many. I will always remain his Aunt Judy, his favorite aunt, he told me on several occasions. Much love, Judy Polson Jones

I worked with Gary at Nationwide Insurance. He was my first boss, and a wonderful person to work for. There wasn't a day that went by that Gary didn't proudly show me the pictures of Greg and Eric and tell me how much he loved them, and what great things they were doing in school. Gary was the kind of person who constantly inspired me to better myself. He told me to reach for my dreams. I spoke with him a couple weeks ago, before my wedding. He told me that I could go anywhere in life I wanted to. Gary was the kind of person you don't meet too often, the kind that God put on this earth to encourage others. I had the pleasure of baby sitting Greg & Eric a couple years ago, and they are precious and I got to see what Gary had been telling me. They have such a zest and spark in their eyes. I will pray continually for them, and for you Karen.
And finally, I would like to share with you my favorite memory of Gary. There was a day at the office, when I had walked to Gary's doorway without him noticing. I watched for a full 20-30 seconds as he was dancing to Jock Jams, and singing along, befor he noticed I was laughing and watching. There are many fond memories to be treasured by all who knew Gary.
