Glenn was born March 3, 1967, in Dallas, the son of Robert Shugart and Glenda Wright Shugart. He grew up in Mesquite and graduated from North Mesquite High School in 1985. Glenn was an inspiration to everyone whose lives he touched. He was a success in both his personal and professional life. His co-workers respected and loved him for his honesty, kindness and sense of humor. His family and friends count themselves blessed to have known him for his short time on this earth. His kindness, tender heart, good humor, patience and love will be an example to us all forever. His wife and children especially are so thankful to have had him in their lives.
