Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at Altamesa Church of Christ. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Iris was born Dec. 21, 1925, in Fort Worth. She was a member of Altamesa Church of Christ. She enjoyed traveling and playing cards with family and friends. Her home always had an open door for family, friends and acquaintances. She worked for Bell Helicopter for 29 years in timekeeping/payroll. She was the wife of Floyd "Muss" Bickel, who died Oct. 9, 2000, after 59 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her mother, Maud Connolly, and two brothers, James C. and Ford Jackson.
Survivors: Sons, Gary Bickel and wife, Debra, and Roy Bickel and wife, Tammy, all of Fort Worth; daughter, Sharon Morrison and husband, Royce, of Berthoud, Colo.; brother, Robert Jackson and wife, Mary Dee, of Fort Worth; sister-in-law, Hazel Bickel of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Eric Bickel, Raeni Norton, Michael Morrison, Deborah Morrison Fajardo and Brandi, Payton and Lauren Bickel; and great-grandchildren, Jonathan Bickel, Maren Fajardo and Aubrie Norton.

We regret so much in the passing of Iris but at least she is not suffering. The family will be remembered in our prayers. (Nada is sister to Mary Dee Jackson; to let family know a little about us.)
