Funeral: At her family's request, funeral services will be private. Burial: Private. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Jacque was born Jan. 18, 1926, in Fort Worth, to Nellie Mae and Hugh Estill, and married professional baseball player Ray Murray on July 29, 1943, at Lagrave field home base. Jacque worked many years at Bell Helicopter, where she retired. She dedicated her life to her husband, children and grandchildren. She graduated from Northside High School in 1942, as valedictorian. After she married her only true love, Ray, she became involved with her husband with his baseball career for the next 25 years. After she and her husband retired, she became more active in her children and grandchildren's lives. In a home Bible study, she made a decision to follow Christ, where she is now forever more with the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Survivors: Husband of 58 years, Ray Murray; son, Ray Murray Jr.; daughter, Jill Luper; grandchildren, Jason Luper, Daniel Luper, Kristin Luper, Steven Murray, Sara Luper, Jaclyn Luper; great-grandchildren, Julianna Luper, Cheyenne Young, Cynthia Luper, Kaylee Young, and Andrea Luper.
