I am so sad to hear of Cove's passing. I would have gone to the funeral if I'd known. Cove was a terrific guy with a wonderful sense of humor and an outstanding sense of professionalism. I worked with him on The Tower project, where I handled the public relations. He was always willing to do anything to help. We've all lost a great friend.

I taught Cove in 8th grade. He and Amon Carter kept this, at the time, rookie teacher very busy indeed. Sally and I offer our deepest sympathy to Cove's family, especially his two beautiful daughters. May he rest in peace and may all his friends and family remember the best times of his life when we laughed and played, smiled and told old stories, cheered on the local sports teams, and looked with pleasure on the beautiful sunsets of Texas.

My heart goes out to all those who loved Cove. I knew him well back in our CDS days, and his good humor was always a gift. Although many years have passed, I can still chuckle over the jokes we shared. Mine and my family's best to all those closest to him...

I knew Cove as a Freshman at Country Day. We hung around together off and on for a couple years, then I moved away. He was a great kid and a super foosball player. Having read some of the other entries here, it sounds like Cove grew up to be a man whom everyone that knew him liked / loved. My prayers with all who share this loss.

My deepest sympathies go out to his wife and children. The loss of a loved one is very hard and our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Cove was a great person and I had the opportunity to work with him at two different places and he could always provide me with a big laugh. I will deeply miss those laughs

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of Cove's family. Cove and I were friends for almost 20 years, and I will truly miss him. During his tenure with Turner Construction, Cove worked with the Safety Team at the Ft. Worth TOWER project. His contribution to the efforts of worker safety had a significant positive impact to the overall project. Cove had many friends who will miss him dearly.
