Jesse Daniels Obituary
Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Greater Love Chapel Church of God in Christ, 4500 Rosedale Ave., Fort Worth. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Arlington. Wake: 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church.
Pastor Jesse James Daniels was born Feb. 15, 1927, in Cameron, Texas, to Mr. Garfield and Adeline Daniels. He was the pastor of the Arlington Church of God in Christ for over 25 years until his untimely illness.
A daughter, Deborah Edwards, preceded him in death.
Survivors: His wife of 60 years, Pearlie Mae; sons, Jesse, Roy (Jackie), Joseph (Dana), Velvin, Ronnie and Amos; daughters, Cedar Jackson (O.J.) of Edmond, Okla., Patsy Herron (Michael) of Grand Prairie, Rachel Daniels of the home and Cathy Seaton of Arlington; 24 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Jim Daniels (Odie) of Fort Worth, A.D. Daniels (Mary), and J.W. Daniels, both of Los Angeles, Calif., Charlie Daniels (Pauline) of Waco; and a host of other family.

As a close neighbor of Rev Daniels we became very close. He protrayed his christianity in reg life. He was a close friend and will be sorely missed. God Bless the family, may they all walk with GOD, as he did. I consider him to be a close personal friend of mine.
