My late husband, Richard Lee Albin, worked with Joe, at the P.O. years ago. I met Joe once at a P.O. picnic, when his children were very small. I wonder if any of the P.O. retirees remember my
husband, Richard Lee Albin, or Joe. Sweet memories. With loving sympathy. Mrs. R.L. (Deniske) Albin [email protected]

Joe and I flew our R/C airplanes to-gather for many years-had many good days togather at the Plainsmen field. Will remember him as a good friend always. Fuzzy Knight
