John Lee Forge FORT WORTH--John Lee Forge, 85, passed away Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 7 p.m. Wednesday, Como Community Center, 4900 Horne St., Fort Worth, 76107. Burial: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, 75211. SURVIVORS: He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Jessie Forge; special close friend, Tommie Henton; son, John Jay Tome; daughter, Andrea Forge-Smith (Patroy); grandchildren, Carrie, Casey, Kobe; special nephew, Kenneth Forge (Tammie); and a host of nephews, nieces, family and friends.
