We were certainly blessed and our lives are much richer by having had the opportunity to know Johnny! Mom & dad thought the world of him and granny and loved to visit with them at the RV parks and ball games where they watched the girls play softball. Johnny is a special guy and all who knew him were touched in a very special way. We certainly were. May God's healing love touch you and Debbie & Diane, cherrish your father's memories and keep them alive for all who are still left here.

I am so sorry about Johnie. Many years ago, he was a dear friend and neighbor. We had lots of fun with his family doing go carts. They were fun neighbors and we spent lots of good times with all of them. At Diamond Oaks, he was always a pleasure to see and visit with. I loved the way he always called my mom Peg. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
Fondly,

Johnsons, Cliftons, & Reynolds,
My dear friends, you all have been like an extended family to me over the years. Although I am not able to be there, you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. We have all shared so many memories and we get to turn to those in times like these. Papa always could make me smile and I know that is a gift he gave to so many that loved him.

Janice and Johnie were great friends to my parents, Willie and Nadine McGehee. Their friendship began when Johnie and my dad played in Texas Lefty Golf tournaments. As a small kid, I can remember following Johnie and my dad around the course. Johnie had a great sense of humor, and one of those infectious smiles and laughs that always made people feel comfortable and welcome. Our thoughts and prayers are with Janice and the entire family.

Mr. Johnson was a great neighbor and friend to my precious grandparents, E'Lou and Judy Gooding. He made us laugh during difficult times and was always there to support our family. That is something I will always treasure. The world was a better place because of Johnie Johnson and I feel blessed to have known him and his family.

All my love,
