Well, cousin, I miss you just knowing you are no longer here. We had some really good times when we were kids and I loved you like a brother. You had some really lovely people waiting on you in heaven and hey we will catch up with you eventually. My love and prayers to your family.

I will miss you Jody. You brought a lot of laughter to our family. You taught our son so much. Things he will carry with him his whole life through. I thank God for the day you called on us because I got to know you even better. You were amazing and a charmer. Your smile I will never ever forget. Thank you for your friendship. And for being the uncle you were to Charles. Also the great uncle to our children. We love you for ever.

I love you and your family so much. I will always regret not keeping in touch with you because of my own selfish anger. You were such a great man to me and mom, you always provided and took care of me like I was your own daughter. I wish I could take back all the time I spent being angry and just spend it with you, but I know that you understood and forgave me because that was the kind of man you were. I will always remember you and all you did for us. My greatest childhood memories are waking up on Saturdays to you cooking breakfast and singing/whistling to the radio, and warning me that if I didnt turn the light on while reading I was going to need glasses. Guess what? I'm blind as a bat without my glasses now!
I will see you again one day, I know you're up there whistling with Jesus.

Jody, you and your funny jokes will be greatly missed. You left memories of laughter instead of tears. Thank you for being the uncle and friend to my dad (Charles) you and him had a special bond, and I thank you for that. He loved you with all his heart and I know you felt the same way about him. I know your "sugar" my mom (Robin) was also someone very special to you and she loved you very much too. I'll never forget the way you always could make us laugh.When we think of you I know we will always have a smile on our face. We love you very much Jody and will miss you dearly, but we know you are in a happy place now resting in peace.

I will miss you Jody more than you'll ever know. I will treasure the last 2 years I had with you because I would have never gotten to know such a wonderful man. All the running around we did, you telling me " turn this up Sugar its a good one" Then we sing and you play the air fiddle. Your smile could light up a room right along with your jokes. I've never been more honored in my life the day you told me I was the daughter you never had. I'm a proud to call you Dad. I hope I did you proud today. I love you dad
