Fort Worth, Texas - Joseph "Joey" Merlin Knudson, 68, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, March 20, 2023. Joey was born October 11, 1954, to Sidney and Cloette (Lillard) Knudson in Fort Worth, Texas. Joey was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many who will miss him dearly.
Joey greatly enjoyed the restoration of his much-loved Corvette, following his favorite sports teams and time spent on his boat.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sidney Knudson and son Brad Knudson. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his mother, Cloette Knudson; daughter, Kasey Knudson and granddaughters Jayci and Jenna; grandson, Jake Knudson; brother, Greg Knudson and wife Deborah; niece, Melanie Knudson-Jones; great-niece, Whitney Jones; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
Joey desired that there be no memorial service. Memorials may be made to the ASPCA and the American Cancer Society.
