Kelsey Roberts Obituary
Mass of Christian Burial: 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller. Interment: Bourland Cemetery in Keller. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday with a rosary service at 7 p.m. at Forest Ridge Funeral Home in Hurst.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Kelsey Marie Roberts Memorial Fund at any Bank of America Location.
Kelsey was born Nov. 22, 1993, in Lawrenceville, Ga. She loved outdoor activities like roller-blading, fishing, riding her scooter and playing with animals. She loved listening to music and dancing. She enjoyed computer activities and photography. She was a friendly, outgoing person who was a joy to be with and will be greatly missed. She would have entered the sixth grade at South Keller Intermediate School this week and she was on the A.B. honor roll.
Survivors: Father, Steven Roberts; mother, Norma Roberts; grandparents, James and Nancy Roberts; grandfather, Alfonso Mireles; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.

Princess, I haven't posted anything here in several years because I didn't believe it would matter. But now I think I will post on occasion to let you and others know how you continue to play an important role in my life more than 19 years after your life was suddenly and deliberately taken from you. I am currently spending the Christmas holiday in Myrtle Beach, where I have spent several Christmases after your grandma Ancy (that's how she wanted to be called) passed in 2018. I wrote your name (as well as the names of some other children who have joined you in Heaven) in the sand yesterday. I tried to write the names in the sand on Christmas Day; however, I lost the battle with the waves and surf. I have found a few coins from you, and I will take them home and add them to my Coins from Kelsey collection. I have "written" some more of the book I hope to complete before August 2025. It has been a calm and relaxing few days here at the Beach but I sure wish you could be here to enjoy it with me. I love you bunches. Daddy
