Texarkana, Texas - A celebration of life will be conducted at Greenwood Funeral Home in Fort Worth on April 7, 2022 at 2:30 pm.
She is survived by her children, Lulynn Foster, Gayland Lawshe and spouse, Bryan Lawshe and spouse, 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and her sister Elaine Shafer.

Mrs. Nix was a friend and neighbor of my mother, Marguerite Cooper, and I saw her almost every time I visited Mother before the Pandemic closed things down.
She was a grand lady and a great artist. I enjoyed looking at her artwork when they had it displayed.
I recently lost Mother so I can truly feel what you are feeling.
