Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday in Blessing Colonial Chapel, 401 Elm St., Mansfield. Burial: noon Tuesday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, with military honors.
Lloyd was born Jan. 31, 1930, in Waco to the late Ruben L. "Rip" and Eula L. Lowe. He was a Baptist. Trucking and racing were a big part of his life. He retired from J.H. Walker Trucking in 1995. He was a loving husband, father, Grandpa, and friend. He will surely be missed by all.
He was predeceased by his sister, Norma J. Grimes, and a nephew, Ricky Rankin.
Survivors: His loving wife of 49 years, Eunice Gideon Lowe; daughters, Patty Burgess, Stacey Lowe and Linda Folks and husband, Steve; sons, Lloyd Ray Lowe Jr. and wife, Sharon, Tommy Lowe and Ronnie Lowe and wife, Joyce; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
