Loretta Sprague Obituary

Loretta Charlene Patton Sprague passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 2, 2010.
Funeral: Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Thompson's Harveson & Cole with a rosary at 7 p.m.
Memorials: Should friends desire, donations in her memory may be given to the Humane Society of North Texas, 1840 E. Lancaster Ave., Fort Worth, Texas 76103 or to Vitas Hospice, 2501 Parkview Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
Loretta was born Nov. 14, 1935, in Dallas to Loretta and Charley Patton. A graduate of Our Lady of Victory, she attended Texas Christian University. She loved interior design, shopping, cooking, her grandchildren and her dog, Clarice.
Survivors: Her children, Loretta Lynn Sprague-Rochelle and husband, Reese, of Fort Worth, Kay Ann Sprague and friend, Judi, of Lubbock, Michael Andrew Sprague of Denver, Colo., and Samuel Charles Sprague and wife, Lisa, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; grandchildren, Kate, Kaila, Madalyn and Meghan; brothers, John Patton and Michael Patton; sisters, Joanne Kelbert, Patricia Chilton, Margaret Miller and Cathy Edwards; many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

I am so sorry for the loss of dear Charlene. She was a dear, loving woman - and a sweet, fun-loving soul.
You, her children & grandchildren, are a credit and a living memory to Charlene. And to her siblings & other family members, you loved her long and well. You all were there every step of the way.
