I'm sad to hear of your mother's passing. I know you will miss her. Missing someone is like a string on your finger. It makes us remember those special people and that is good.

Lucy went out of her way to arrange for my mother, Helen Nix of Baton Rouge, to go dancing when she came to visit us a few years ago. She enjoyed life and made the world a brighter place for her friends, church members, family, and even new acquaintances. She will be missed by many.

Don, Difficult to loose a parent. However, it is the nature of life that we all must pass.

It is the sharing of memories that keeps them alive in our families in the years to come. Our thoughts are with you and your family.

I was not a close friend, but she considered everyone a friend. I saw her as a very stately lady, who was very outgoing and a warm person. She will be remembered and missed by all.
