Luckey Wright Obituary
Graveside service: Noon Saturday, April 4, in Greenwood Memorial Park.
Luckey was born Dec. 13, 1943. He had been a hair designer in Fort Worth for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ethel and Lewis C. Wright of Burkburnett.
Survivors: Son, Luckey M. Wright Jr.; daughter, Becky Powell and her husband; and many good friends, including Ron and Bettie Woolery and Paul and Dianna Dudley.

Unfortunately, we lost touch over the years, but your Dad was a good man and knew how to make you feel comfortable. We were good friends and later the best hairstylist I ever had. With deepest sympathy in the loss of your Dad. May your memories bring you peace.

Dad even though we had our share of bad times, I still remember the good times that we shared and had. We were always more like "good buddies" than father & son. I miss what we had, I'm just thankful to know you and the Lord were straight and that you didn't have to suffer long in the hospital. Look forward to the day when we can talk about fast cars, motorcycles and women. I do love you Dad, may you truly rest in peace.

I want to first thank all the many close friends that were so good , loving, and kind to our dad through the many years . I also want to thank all the numerous doctors and medical staff that took such great care the past years and on up till his transition from this life to the next in making him comfortable and pain free. I want to personally thank each and everyone that was there both in person and who were keeping him and us in thought today at the service. I want to thank the wonderful staff at the Greenwood Memorial Park for being so attentive to all of our needs and concerns and to every last detail to make this day as comfortable as possible for everyone.I also thank the many guests that took their time to speak to us and to share so many good and wonderful memories of dad . We are truely so thankful and comforted to know that he had a good relationship with the Lord , that is truely a blessing . May God bless each and everyone of you as you were a blessing to us today .
