Madhu Satyanarayana Obituary

Madhu Bhavani Satyanarayana, a Fort Worth native, died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014, in Englewood, N.J. He was 33. Service: A memorial celebrating his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at Trinity Valley School, 7500 Dutch Branch Road. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Madhu Saty Family Trust, c/o J. Goldman & Co., 510 Madison Ave., 26th Floor, New York, N.Y. 10022, attn: Albert Scerbo. Madhu was born to Madapura and Bhavani Satyanarayana. He attended Como Montessori and graduated from Trinity Valley School. Madhu was the captain of Trinity Valley's football and baseball teams as a senior, and was a first-team, all-conference Southwest Preparatory Conference pitcher in 1998 and 1999. He played baseball at Harvard University, where he majored in economics and lettered all four years. After college, he lived for 10 years in New York as a hedge fund manager and financial analyst. At his 25th birthday party, he met Andrea Federici. They were married in 2010. He was a wonderful husband, doting father, loyal friend and a devoted son and brother and will be missed by a legion of friends and family. Survivors: Madhu is survived by his beautiful daughters, Siena, 2, and Aria, 7 months; his wife, Andrea; his parents; his sister, Megha Satyanarayana; and a large extended family on several continents.
