TIMMONSVILLE – Michael Dearel Anderson, 41, died Sunday, May 27, 2018, after a brief illness.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at Waters-Powell Funeral Home in Florence, and the family will receive friends beginning at 2:30 p.m.
He was born in Florence, a son of Corrine Tingen Anderson and the late William Dearel Anderson, Jr. He was a welder and pipefitter.
He was a loving father, son, husband, brother, and friend, and will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to this mother, Corrine Anderson, of Timmonsville, he is survived by his children, Dakoda Nicholas Godbold, Royce Joseph Anderson, and Vanessa Anderson, and their mother, Brandi Godbold Anderson, all of Florence; a sister, Tracy Leigh Clark of Bishopville; and a number of extended family members.
