Michael Wayne Burnett

Michael Wayne Burnett passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2015. Service: 10 a.m. Monday graveside in Laurel Land Memorial Park with Karl Travis, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth, officiating. Michael was born in Fort Worth on Feb. 9, 1957. He attended schools in Fort Worth, graduating from Southwest High School. He received his bachelor of science degree from the University of North Texas and then received his doctor of dental surgery degree from the Baylor College of Dentistry. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Patti Joyce Dean Burnett; and grandparents, Raymond and Lorine Burnett and Truman and Lori Dean, all of Fort Worth. Survivors: Father, Dr. James V. Burnett; Michael's wife, Rhonda, and her three sons and their wives and children; brothers, James V. Burnett and Patrick Burnett (Julia); sister, De An Burnett Eddleman; nephews, Jamie Burnett, Evan Burnett, Matthew Eddleman, David Solis (Letitia), Sebastian Solis, Christopher Burnett (Dr. Janna), Elliot Burnett and Miller Burnett; nieces, Millie Burnett and Ann Marie Deveau (Bobby); and many cousins.
