Patsy Joleen Day Rampy, 78, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014, at home surrounded by family and friends. Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Jude Catholic Church, Mansfield, followed by a celebration meal. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Blessing Funeral Home with prayer service at 7. Memorials: Expressions of love and sympathy may be made to the St. Jude Building Fund or WO, 500 E. Dallas, Mansfield, Texas 76063, or to an organization of choice. Joleen was born in Dallas County to John Patrick Day and Alma Aileen Day. She graduated from Mansfield High School in 1954 and attended Texas Tech University. She was the trustee for Calvary Cemetery, a member of the Catholic Woman's Organization, served on the St. Jude Building Committee, and was a lector and eucharistic minister at St. Jude and a board member for the Mansfield Historical Society. Joleen would like to thank her church, family and friends for all their love and prayers. Joleen was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Patricia Brook Rampy. Survivors: Children, Kimberli R. Pereira, Kalah R. McGraw and husband, Kirk D. McGraw, and Luke Rampy III; grandchildren, Jessica R. Pereira, Daylon M. Pereira, Kelsey R. McGraw and Kori B. McGraw; and brother, Johnie Mac Day and wife, Georgia Day.
