Paradise, Texas - Phyllis "Joan" Conley, passed at the age of 80 on January 16th, 2023.
Survivors include her son, Tyler Franke, wife Jennifer & their daughters Jillian & Jacquelyn. Daughter Tonya Blakesley, husband Kirk & their children Kami, Aaron, Katelyn, Kenton and Kelsey; son Rodney Brown, wife Renee & daughter Ashton and several great-grandchildren.
