Beverly June Bradley, age 92, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Funeral service begins at 2:00 pm Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur, TX. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm.
Shawn Brewer will officiate.
Beverly was born June 3, 1933, in Collin County, TX. She was united in marriage with Harry James Bradley on March 25, 1951, in Fort Worth, TX. She and her husband made their home in Southlake, TX for many years. They also lived many years in Bowie, TX and most recently in Paradise, TX. Beverly was a homemaker, a devoted wife and mother of 3 who was deeply involved for many, many years in serving her local church, school and community in many different capacities wherever she happened to be. She selflessly devoted her time, energy and resources to many religious and civic organizations. She worked tirelessly alongside her husband Harry with the Texas Baptist Men’s Association. She was a fairly prolific poet with her own unique style and has two books and many other writings to her credit. Beverly was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend to many who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband and constant companion for more than 75 years Harry J. Bradley, sons Randy Bradley and wife Donna, Brian Bradley and Joye, Harry Bradley, Jr. and wife Melissa, grandchildren Barry, Danny, Casey, Katie, Lee and Will, 14 great grandchildren, sister Wanda Eastwood, sister-in-law Marie Anderson and numerous other family members, as well as a countless collection of friends.
