I was surprised to learn of Randy's passing. I only think of him in the context of my childhood, playing in the sunny yard with Valerie and me. Randy will forever be the beautiful child with the quick laugh and fabulous smile as I travel back into the memories of my childhood. I realize how wonderful it is to have him forever there... My heart is with each of you.

I was very sorry to hear about Randy passing. I know that he and all of you touched my life and I will not forget you. It was my pleasure to help care for Randy while he was with us on Harris 7. He lit up our floor when he was here. I know that he will be missed but I also believe that he would want you to focus on all the good times that you had. Just think of how he is lighting up Heaven now! God bless you all and know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

TO THE FAMILY, IT WAS SO WONDERFUL TO HAVE KNOWN RANDY AND TO HAVE TAKEN CARE OF HIM AS WELL. HE WAS THE SUNSHINE WE NEEDED ON HARRIS 7TH FLOOR. HE WAS OUR RANDY. HIS SMILE MADE YOU SMILE, HIS WARM TOUCH MADE YOU FEEL AT EASE. HE HAD A HEART BIG AS ANY TALL BUILDING IN THE WORLD. HE LOVED HIS FAMILY AND HIS FAMILY LOVED HIM BACK. GOD HAS A MAIL BOX FOR RANDY, SO HE CAN RECEIVE HIS MAIL UP THERE. MY RANDY MAY BE GONE FROM THIS EARTH, BUT HIS MEMORY WILL CARRY ON FOR A LIFE TIME. LET HIM REST MOMA AND DADDY, LET HIM REST NOW.

To the Horton Family, I worked with Mr. Horton , "Horton" as we called him then, for several years in the 80s and early 90s. He was our supervisor in DEPT. 39 at General Dynamics. Mr. Horton talked often of his Family and how Proud he was of all of them. May The Lord look down upon you, watch over, Bless, and guide you in this difficult time. Our thoughts and Prayers are with all The Horton Family. Rick & Tina McLendon

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
