Im so sorry to hear about Raymond he was a very special person to me. He was there when I needed him when my mom was sick. And when my dad needed a ride to work he was there. I can still see him pulling up in your driveway with my dad after a long day at work. And my mom over there with MY daughter Teresa playing with Lisa's son. And after the kids went off to school he was still there to help mom when she needed it with my dad when he was sick and also with mom at her years of living across the street when she was wondering off in her last years of living there. He was really a great person to have put up with babysitting my mom in those days. And everthing ya did for her you will never know how much it ment to me to have ya there. I could have not done it without ya Thanks again for everthing. The Hestilow family are one of a kind I will never find another neighbor as good as ya were. Will always Love ya for everthing you did for me and my family. Nelda Givens

I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss of such a beloved man. I wanted you to know how much I loved and respected him as a man, husband, father, and grandfather. He became my second "Dad" when my Dad died and he willingly took that role and never quit being that in my life. I truly believe there was not another person in the world that had as tender and gentle of a heart than he did. He will be missed by so many people, especially me. I am so very thankful to have been allowed to be apart of his family. It was truly a great honor to be a "Hestilow". As I think about the wonderful times I had with the family, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I was loved and accepted for who and what I was, whether I was a daughter-in-law or not. I believe that Raymond knew that I loved him that way too. I know that he is finally not worrying about not being able to say or remember the words he wanted to share. He is truly free of all pain and suffering that his body has gone through. But I will miss his gentle smile and hug and loving spirit.
With all of my love and concern.
