Survivors: Companion, Wendy Stewart; children, Rikki Fowler and companion, Adam Palmer, Angela and husband, David Wolgamott of Blue Springs, Mo., Richard Fowler and wife, Kristi of Independence, Mo.; brothers, Jerry and Teddy Fowler; sister, Patsy Shields; seven grandchildren.
