I would like to extend my condolences to the family.
Bob was my classmate in high school. He was popular without being flamboyant and was elected Class President our Sophomore and Senior years. His athleticism in all sports was remarkable and won him respect on and off the playing fields.
Bob was a champion in many ways.

I remember Bob from our school days at S.S. Dillow Elementary School and William James JHS. I do not recall the exact school years, maybe 1954- 1958, grades 5-8. I do not remember the year he moved out of Fort Worth. During these years I always remember that he was a great at playing football, basketball and baseball. Plus he was a great guy to be around. It was great to follow his career at Texas Wesleyan College. My thoughts and prayers are with the family as they prepare for his celebration of life.

We always enjoyed talking about construction projects. I am not a golfer like Bob, so when he took up fishing we had a lot of laughs about different techniques. I will miss him.
