Sheila King Obituary

Sheila Kay King, 57, died Saturday, July 26, 2014, at her home in Crowley. Family and friends may send cards, flowers and condolences to 2137 Cattle Drive, Crowley, Texas, 76036. She was born in Fort Sill, Okla., on May 12, 1957, to Matthew and Doris King of Lawton, Okla. Sheila graduated from Snyder High School in 1975. She attended Cameron University, and graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in 1984. From there Sheila moved to Norman, Okla., where she began her studies in law at the University of Oklahoma and graduated with her juris doctorate in 1990. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors: She leaves to cherish the memories of her life to four loving brothers and a wonderful sister, Matthew King Jr. (Freda) of Oklahoma City, Okla., Ronald King (Teresa) of Fort Worth, Alan King (Terri), Teresa Price (Roger), both of San Antonio, and Jeff King (Dee Dee) of Crowley; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

I knew Shelia & family during my high school days in Lawton. It made me happy to remember her and I will always hold dear those times. God Bless the family on this day!!!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I came to know Sheila while I was writing a book on spinal cord injury and will always have fond memories of her. So sorry for this loss!!!

This goes out to the entire King Family. I am so so sorry for your loss. I remember your sister Shelia from growing up with Teresa, AB and Jeff in Lawton. I remember Shelia's smile and laughter and positive outlook. All you guys are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless!!!
