First met Tara as a newborn, we played together as very young children. Have many memories of my parents speaking highly of the Brennan family. Wish I could have seen her before her passing.

I first met Tara Brennan on either a volleyball court, basketball court or softball field when we were both 12 or 13 years old and sized each other up as worthy opponents. We competed throughout middle school and high school developing a fierce firey rilvary built on mutual respect but no mercy!
She was relentless and always a standout athlete who carried her team!
Eventually we got to be team mates as UTA softball Coach Randy Porter recruited us both to play for the Lady Mavs in 1980-84. Tara once again carried her team! Her confidence in me
as a pitcher was monumental and I´m sure the rest of y´all Katie, Tambo, Tracie, Cynthia, Mosbey, Sprad, Edwina,Rose, Trish,Bulen Libby
(Forgive me if I left someone out)
Would agree! I´ll never forget the game that stayed tied for 22 innings(it lasted for hours and I believe me and Tracy both pitched over 10 innings each which didn´t compare to the 22 Tara caught that night. Deliriously I must add!
I´ll always cherish you and remember you behind home plate inspiring us all!

Tara and I worked on the AHS baseball booster club when our sons played there. She was passionate about baseball and was one hell of an athlete. We were cross town rivals playing basketball and softball against each other in high school. Her boys and her family were her love. I was lucky to have known her. Gods Speed Tara and sending prayers of peace to your family
