Thomas Keetch Obituary

Thomas Milton Keetch Sr., 92, of Grand Prairie passed away Monday, July 13, 2009.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday at Calvary Baptist Church with the Pastor Brian Loveless officiating. Interment: Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Thomas Milton Keetch Sr. was born Nov. 25, 1916, in Fort Worth. He had resided in Grand Prairie since 1941. He was a retired carpenter and building contractor, working alongside his brother for over 40 years. They were known as Keetch Brothers Builders. He had been a member of Calvary Baptist Church since Sept. 7, 1958, and helped construct much of the church. He was a beloved husband for 63 years, dad and granddad.
He was preceded in death by a beloved wife, Lucille Marie Huggins Keetch; one daughter, Charlotte Lucille Keetch; and his parents, Thomas James Keetch Jr. and Iva Dalone Copeland Keetch.
Survivors: Daughters, Linda Gale Keetch, Lona Keetch, Shirley Kingery and her husband, Roger, and Dale Ann Keetch, all of Grand Prairie; son, Bill Keetch Jr. and his wife, Linda Lou, of Irving; granddaughters, Melanie Ward and her husband, Michael, Debra Urban and her husband, Daniel, Ashley Meshell and her husband, Joseph, Emily Keech and Kimberly Keetch; grandsons, Micheal Hall and his wife, Queawatha, Trey Click and his wife, Angela, Kenny Kingery and his wife, Christina, and Thomas Keech III; great-granddaughters, Katelyn, Aubrey, Cheyenne, Ashlyn and Hailey; great-grandsons, Coby, Bret, Ethan and Devon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
