Viron Lawrence Obituary

Viron Brady Lawrence, 92, passed peacefully to her heavenly reward Saturday evening, June 25, 2005.

Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens.

Memorials: may be made in her name to Howard Payne University, Brownwood.

Viron was born March 13, 1913, in Burkett. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She loved her Lord and was always active in her church choir and church well into her 70s. Her membership was at First Baptist Church, Dallas.

Her other love included the Arlington Navy Mother's Club, where she had served as commander.

Survivors: Son, Richard H. Lawrence and wife, Shirley of Arlington; daughter, Mary Etta Martin and husband, Everett "Bunny" Martin of Dallas; sister, Gatha Lee Naron of San Antonio; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
