Weatherford, Texas - Wanda Lee Tow, 95, passed away Aug. 11, 2022.
Funeral Service: 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022, in Greenwood Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 pm Friday, Sept. 2, 2022, at Greenwood.

Wanda Tow was born Aug. 22, 1926, in Hot Springs, AR to L.C. and Floy Miller. She graduated from high school there and then attended college at Ouachita Baptist University where she was editor of the college paper for three years. It was there that she met and married Charles W. Tow, Jr., MD. They were married over 59 years before his death in 2006. She was a freelance writer and Bible teacher in Tarrant County. She was a former school teacher and early pioneer of teaching speed reading and dyslexic children. Wanda was an active Christian from the time she was converted at age 12. Missions, Bible class teaching, and ultimately a Life Deacon declare her faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers; husband, Charles W. Tow, Jr., MD; and grandson, Adam Jackson Ivey.
Survivors: Daughter, Donna Ivey, MD and her children, Brian, John, Jeremy, Mandy Ivey, MD, and Anne Alaniz, DO; daughter, Debbie Bondurant and her children, Isaac, Hannah and Daniel; 14-plus great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and beloved friends.
