Funeral: 3 p.m. Wednesday in Greenwood Garden Chapel. Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
Riley was born Oct. 4, 1913, in Bryan County. He worked in battery and scrap metal for many years. Riley was known as "Daddy Riley" by many children.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Flora Gee Wiggins.
Survivors: Sons, Bart Wiggins and Weldon Wiggins; stepdaughters, Jean Howard, Barbara Reid and Diane Willis; four grandchildren; 11 stepgrandchildren; many great- and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Travis Wiggins; and lots of family and friends who loved him very much.

uncle Riley, i miss you so much.. everytime i see that pretty smile you have i just want to grab you and hug you. i know that your up there in heaven with your mom and dad sisters and my nanny stella mae, and your brothers, Bart i love you and you take care.....you are all in my prayers and in my all my heart.it still hurts when we lose our loved ones.we hurts inside so i pray for GOD to give us all peace sweetie and thanks for being the bestest son you could of been to uncle riley he was so proud of you.. cuz i love you and some day we will all get to go be with all of our love ones. call me if you need me...cuz sheri

I knew Riley very well. He was a sweet man. I am his ex-daughter-inlaw. I know that he will be missed very much. I am so sorry for your loss Bart.

My name is Riley, also. I used to mow for Riley when they lived over there on 25th street. When I got a little to hot or thirsty they would invite me in, let me cool down, drink, and chit chat. They were very nice and pleasant people. I was glad to have known him. My condolences.
