Adele was a blessing in my life, and I will miss her terribly. She was always thinking of others, and after being diagnosed with cancer, Adele spent many hours knitting children's winter hats out of left over yarn -- to use up the yarn and give something of herself to disadvantaged children she would never meet.
We will miss Adele, but rejoice with her that her suffering on this earth is over, and she is with Vernon in the presence of the Lord!

I send my sincere sympathy to the family of Adele Renner. Our friendship began through the LWML and she will be remembered as a fine Christian woman who was dedicated to her Lord and was so steadfast in her work in many phases of the LWML.

I have known Adele for many years through the LWML. She was a wonderful inspiration to me as a young woman and later as I became an officer in our local society. I shall miss her smile.

Adele and her late husband Vernon were two very dear friends while we were members of Zion Lutheran Church in the late 70's. They kept in touch with our family over the years through my wife's involvement in LWML. We will miss her deeply, but we know she is with her Lord and is at rest in His love.

Adele was one of my dearest friends and confidants. I loved talking with her on the phone, as often as we could. We met through LWML; I trusted her sound financial advice and work. What a special blessing she was and will remain to many!
