Alma Jean Willett

WILLETT Alma Jean (Moore) Willett, age 83, of Xenia, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living in Centerville, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Harold F. Willett and her parents Lawrence (Jack) and Mary Ethel Moore. Jean enjoyed life with her husband, Harold, in Columbus, Ohio, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, Xenia, Ohio, and on their many travels. She also treasured spending time with her family and friends in Ohio and Tennessee. Jean was a dedicated member and volunteer of the Faith Community United Methodist Church in Xenia, Ohio. She is survived by her loving daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Lynn and Dan Bukey of Centerville, Ohio and Cheryl and Rick Thompson of Lewis Center, Ohio; grandchildren and spouses, Michelle (Bukey) and Marc Stewart of Winchester, Massachusetts, Bryan and Shannon Thompson of Delaware, Ohio, Jill (Bukey) and Matt Welch of Mariemont, Ohio, and Lory (Thompson) and Andy Guthrie of Lewis Center, Ohio; great grandchildren, Abby and Adam Stewart, Meghan Guthrie, and Max Welch; and many other family members and loved ones. Special thanks to the loving caregivers from Brighton Gardens and Crossroads Hospice. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at Faith Community United Methodist Church, 100 Country Club Dr. Xenia, Ohio. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 from 5-8 p.m. at NEELD FUNERAL HOME, 1276 N. Detroit St. Xenia, Ohio.
